I focus this less on models and theory and instead on want you want to achieve. Be that it in an individual or team coaching context.
It might be a single reflective session over video conference or a series of face to face sessions to work through a personal or business goal. It’s about very focused interventions that move you forward in a specific and valuable way. I base success on your terms, but for me it’s about making a measurable positive difference in your working life or your team’s performance.

Learning Design
I design impactful learning programmes for clients that blend practical skills takeaways with experiences that embed new actions and behaviours. Using a powerful design method developed with adult learning specialists over many years in virtual and face to face contexts, I design high energy experiences and resources ‘in the flow of work’ that access different learning styles whilst applying high contextual relevance. I’ve designed and developed high impact programmes for diverse organisations that deliver high levels of creativity and impact and a strong digital blend.
